Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At StickInk, we take pride in crafting premium-quality bike and car graphics, wrap kits, and custom-designed decals. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Cancellations Before Processing/Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has entered the processing or production stage. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@stickink.in or +91 90664 31968. If your cancellation request is received before processing begins, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.

Cancellations After Order Processing or Shipment

Once the order has been processed, printed, or shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still initiate a return or refund (if eligible under the Refund Policy).

Custom Orders (Made-to-Order / Personalized Designs)

All custom wraps and personalized graphics are made uniquely per your specifications.
Therefore: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once designing or production has begun. Please review and confirm all details carefully before placing a custom order.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions: 1. Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos as proof.
We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue. 2. Incorrect Item Delivered If you receive an incorrect product compared to your order, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  1. Products that have been used, installed, applied, or modified.

  2. Custom orders that match the approved design specifications.

  3. Orders placed incorrectly due to customer error (wrong model, color, variant, etc.).

  4. Clearance and sale items.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at hello@stickink.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Include: 1. Your order number, 2.Photos/videos of the issue, 3. A short description of the problem After verification, our team will guide you through the return or refund process.

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items:
StickInk will cover the return shipping cost. For all other eligible returns:
The customer must bear the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos of: 1. The outer packaging 2. The damaged product 3. Any missing components. We will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Custom Orders (Non-Refundable)

Since custom kits are produced exclusively for you: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect. StickInk is not responsible for mistakes arising from incorrect model details, measurements, or design specifications provided by the customer. Always review your custom design proof carefully before confirming.
